Good to know

Serving suggestion. The dishes in our photographs are cooked with the paste plus protein and garnishes, which are not included. Each pack holds 150 g of ready-to-cook paste.

Allergens. All five pastes contain milk. Some also contain nuts, soyabean, mustard or coconut. Each product page lists every ingredient.

Storage. Keep packs in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 6 hours. Do not use if the pack inside is damaged or puffed.

Nutrition. Values are per 100 g of paste, tested by Equinox Labs, an NABL-accredited laboratory.
